We all know that the famous upside-down cake can be prepared with a variety of fillings depending on the time of year, their own mood and inspiration. I decided to experiment with quince. Tatin was very beautiful, fragrant and delicious - a real little holiday on a rainy autumn evening...

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

  • Water
