I fried the mushrooms, that they were beautiful and crispy without excess fluid. Basic cooking for different dishes.

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

The pan put on the stove. A good warm up. Without oil. Put chopped mushrooms and add a few tablespoons of water. Mix well. You can cover the lid. Mushrooms are reduced in size and let the juice.

The liquid needs to be drained. Of necessity, it can be used. For example, for soup. The mushrooms in the pan a little dry to evaporate excess liquid. Then add the required amount of oil or butter and fry.
