Ingredients

  • Beef liver

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

With the liver to remove the film and soak in milk for 2-3 hours. I always soaked in milk, liver is soft and tender.

Cut into thin plates, not beating.

Onions to chop thin semi rings.

In a well-heated with oil pan to put plasticky liver, salt, and saute just 1-2 minutes and flip to the other side. Reduce the heat.

Add the onion, season with salt and without mixing, cover with a lid. Saute 10 minutes.

Boil in salted water new potatoes in their skins.

Cut into thin rings.

Lay on a plate overlap.

On top of the potatoes to put the ready liver with onions, pour the juice formed during the process of cooking.
