Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Bread

    4 slice

  • Cream

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Soak bread in cream for 10 minutes. Fish fillet, onion and bread, mince, add eggs, salt, pepper, spices. Form with wet hands patties and fry in heated pan on both sides until Golden brown, covering with a lid. I got 12 burgers from this quantity of products.
