Rice pudding for the pumpkin milk with sea buckthorn sauce
Prepare the pumpkin milk, I started thinking, what can you cook from it, because just to drink it is uninteresting. Thus was born my recipe for this pudding.

    2.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Saffron

    0.01 g

  • Star anise

    1 piece

  • Sea buckthorn

    200 g

  • Water

    50 ml

Pour the rice milk pumpkin (the recipe for this milk I put earlier), add a star anise (star anise), sugar, dissolved in 1 tbsp. saffron and add to milk. Put on the gas, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until the rice is completely soft. Cool slightly.

Until cooked our rice, one can prepare the sauce. Sea-buckthorn spread in the skillet (if you have it frozen, as I have, that it needs to be thawed), add 50 ml. of water, put on fire and bring to boil. Remove from heat, blend, strain through a fine sieve. Add sugar and return to fire. Boil down the sauce by 2/3 until slightly thick.

Spread the cooked rice in a Cup or bowl, pre-lined with cling film. Overturn on a plate, pour sauce, decorate with mint leaves and enjoy a lean and delicious dessert
