Cheese and berry tart
Pie - nostalgia for the summer soon. With juicy cherry and BlackBerry, delicate filling and a crispy batter. What could be better than a Cup of hot coffee or tea! Of course, with fresh berries or fruit, this cake will taste even better, but now we can afford a modicum of summer. Come on in, invited!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Baking powder

    1 tsp

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Vanilla

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    250 g

  • BlackBerry

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

All products, except berries, should be at room temperature. Soft butter to grease the form, I have a diameter of 26 see the Rest of the oil to grind with the flour, sugar and baking powder, add the cheese and knead the dough. Rolled into a ball and leave for 10-15 minutes, cover with a cloth.

To fill beat eggs with sugar, add ricotta and continue beating, add cream. Add the semolina and vanilla, mix well. Pour the filling over the berries and put the pie in the oven. Baking time about one hour.

Readiness check wooden skewer, stuffing should be soft, but the skewer does not stay. Leave the cake to cool down, so it will be easier to get and easier to cut. Before cutting the cake sprinkle with powdered sugar. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to wait until the cake cools down, so when shifting the dish on top is a bit damaged. Of course, the taste is not affected.
