Chicken on
Forgive me, the true connoisseurs of Georgian cuisine. A classic recipe, of course, differs from the proposed version. This is a delicious chicken, juicy, tender, flavorful. But if You, like I love herbs, spices, try to cook this dish a little differently. Hope You like it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Utsho-suneli

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

RUB the chicken with coarse salt. Melt the butter, add dry seasoning, stir well, and coat the chicken on all sides. I had two chicken Breasts which I took the fillet.

In a baking dish and pour 1/2 Cup of water, put the chicken, and bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until the chicken is cooked. I did it in 40 minutes.

Garlic skip through the press or grind any familiar way for You. Add to the garlic the coriander, utsho-suneli, salt and Svan salt. Mix well.

In a saucepan pour the milk and 1/2 Cup water, bring to the boil and add the juice left over after baking a chicken and a blend of garlic and spices, it needs more salt to taste, stir well, bring to a boil.

Chicken is cut into pieces.

Put the chicken in the skillet to the sauce, bring to boil, remove from heat and serve with garnish or without it, and as is customary in Georgian cuisine, with fresh fragrant bread.
