Japanese for gyoza dumplings with fish meat
Many dishes of Japanese, Korean and Chinese cuisine has long taken root on our table, many have become beloved. Gedza one of them. First make the dough. Half of the flour, pour boiling water, mix thoroughly. Add salt, 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Gradually add the remaining flour. Flour is different, so it may need more or less. Or make ordinary dumpling dough. The dough cover with plastic wrap, leave for about 30 minutes. During this time, prepare the filling.

Have gyoza to fry in a hot pan with a little sunflower oil and sesame oil until Golden brown. Then in a pan pour hot water ( water should not reach half the height gej), cover and simmer on medium heat until the water boils away. Approximately 7-10 minutes
