Fried potatoes in a rural
Simple, hearty, everyday food. No exotic products from the Internet, it's very simple and fast. All you need that to get into the cellar for potatoes, onion and bacon, then a bullet in the chicken coop for fresh eggs, and all you can cook. Fried potatoes in lard with onion and eggs, what else do you need after a hard day on a hard rural field? What is especially nice is very tasty! Recommend and the villagers and citizens!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fat

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Our simple products. Fat can be anything: salted, unsalted, smoked, to taste.

Salo cut into small cubes, onion - half rings, potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 pieces.

Put the bacon in the frying pan with a thick bottom and on small fire (!) vytaplivaete fat to greaves. If you have heated salty bacon, leave grease in the pan, if fresh, - suggest remove.

Put in a pan the sliced potatoes and fry on low heat without a lid, rare (!) stirring the potatoes, about 15 minutes.

Put in pan with onions, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and tormented for 7 minutes until the onion has softened.

Remove the lid, add the fire and break the eggs into the pan. Mix well and keep on heat until "setting" of eggs, a minute or two.

Spread the potatoes on a plate and served with pickled \"cucumber-tomato Chicks with peppers\". Nice!
