Fragrant cakes with delicate fillings, the classic combination of juicy apples with spicy cinnamon flavor!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Yolk egg

  • Yogurt

  • Egg white

  • Apple

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

To softened butter add the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, yogurt, cinnamon. Mix until smooth with mixer on low speed. The mass is quite fluid, as it should be.

Portions add the sifted flour with the baking powder and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.

Apples grate on a coarse grater.

Proteins beat until soft peaks form.

Cottage cheese with sugar, beat. I have a homemade pie with cheese, the consistency similar to ricotta. If you have the cheese with grains, then wipe it through a sieve. Carefully enter the proteins and mix.

Divide the dough into two unequal parts. A large part of the test is evenly distributed on the form (22 cm), forming high sides.

Spread apples, sprinkle with cinnamon.

The rest of the dough roll out more than the shape, diameter and cover the pie. Carefully zasiyaet region. I have in some places got out the cheese filling, it's not scary. Scissors made, as I thought, a small snowflake on the surface! Put into the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

In the oven the cake rose a beautiful cap. But once cooled, dipped in one place. Apparently, I had to make a hole to get out of the air! Before serving give the cake to cool completely!
