So, let's knead the dough. For this we need 1 Cup of white flour, a quarter Cup of semolina, 2 table spoon of oil and a half Cup of warm water. Mix the flour with semolina and vegetable oil. Thoroughly mix it all by hand. Pour water and knead the dough.

Preheat a deep frying pan a large amount of oil and dip back our squares of dough. Fry on medium heat until Golden brown. Ready crackers, place on paper towels to dry and stack the excess oil.
Now prepare the coconut syrup. Mix in a small saucepan 3/4 Cup sugar and half Cup water. Bring to a boil and boil on low heat until the liquid has boiled to about half.
When the syrup is ready, turn off the heat and pour into it 3 tablespoons of coconut flakes and half a teaspoon of ground cardamom. All mix well.
Put our crackers in a saucepan and carefully mix them until all of them are covered with a smooth layer of syrup.
Lay the crackers evenly on a baking sheet and let them cool completely.
