More traditionally a dish of veal, but I like the combination of beef with porcini mushrooms. And of course the mushrooms perfectly combined with sour cream and dill... Delicious!!! Help yourself!!!

Cooking
Cut the meat into strips. Mushrooms thaw and rinse. I have cut frozen boiled white. Preheat the frying pan. Pour a little oil, brown the meat on all sides over high heat. Add the mushrooms. Fry, stirring constantly.
Onion cut into small dice.
Put onions to the meat with mushrooms. Fry, replace the heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Add the sour cream. Mix well and simmer until the meat is tender.
Chop the dill. You can use any herbs to taste, but, in my opinion dill is best suited to beef and white mushrooms. Spread the dill on top, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Mix the dill with meat and mushrooms and try for salt. If necessary, it needs more salt, saute a couple of minutes and turn off the heat. The dish is ready!!! Bon appetit!!! It is ideal to serve with boiled rice or potatoes, or according to Your taste preferences!!!
