Cooking
To soft butter add sugar and vanilla (vanilla sugar) and whisk. Then add the egg and salt. With half of the lemon to remove the zest (you can on the whole), add it to the dough. Also a squeeze of lemon juice.
Wash the raisins, add it to the dough, dry is not necessary. Pour in the milk and mix well.
Sift the flour with the baking powder to the dough and stir with a spoon.
Pour the batter into the form. If silicone, we do not need to grease. The usual need to grease or lay parchment.
