Kurnik
This is our family recipe is very tasty and quick "Kurnik&am p;quot;. From ingredients you have at home may not be, is that - a little chicken. And everything else is always at hand. :) Help yourself! :)

Make the dough. Eggs a little whisk, add mayonnaise, soda and flour. We need a mayonnaise! The batter is very thin and delicate. If you replace the mayonnaise with sour cream, you get not what you need.

Now prepare the filling. Chicken fillet and onion cut into small cubes, potatoes RUB on a coarse grater. Optional - onions can be a little fry until soft, I put raw. Mix everything together and salt to taste.

Prepare a form. I have a ceramic mold greased with butter. Spoon (!) spread the dough, spread it on the bottom to make a 0.5 cm height (about 1/3 of the total part of the test).

The filling spread with a margin of 1-1. 5 cm from the sides of shapes to the dough formed bumpers "Kurnik". Filling the dough is not selling, bottom "Kurnik" will only be a test. Safely spread.

Spoon (!) spread the filling on the remaining dough, spread with it on the entire surface of the pie.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven, 30-40 minutes! Until it will turn brown. Turn off the oven and leave "Kurnik" to cool inside (!). Please read the next step. :)
