Powdered sugar
Cooking
In a bowl pour kefir, add sugar, jam, egg, soda and flour. All is well beaten.
Ready to pour the batter into the baking pan and sprinkle walnuts.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Readiness check cake with a skewer.
When the cake has cooled, place it on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
