Baked persimmons with honeyed yogurt
I suggest to try a simple dessert with a seasonal autumn fruit. Dessert is not only delicious, but also useful. Go!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Persimmon

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Nuts

  • Dark chocolate

Cooking

Persimmon peeled, cut into slices, put in a baking dish. Persimmon is better to take neverused varieties, seedless.

Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with cardamom and cane sugar. I use sugar TM Mistral. From above to lay out slices of butter. Persimmons bake in a preheated 190 deg oven for 50 min.

Greek yogurt whipped with liquid honey.

Yogurt to put in kremanki, put the persimmons. Decorate as desired with chopped nuts and grated chocolate.
