Prepare the sponge cake. The milk is heated so that it melt the butter. Leave to cool.

Separately mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the batter and mix with a mixer until smooth. The dough will be watery.
