Description
Beef with broccoli is probably one of the most popular dishes in Chinese cuisine. The recipe is excerpted from a Chinese website (many years ago), but increasingly I began to find this dish on the menu of other Asian restaurants - Vietnamese, Thai, Malay. Cooked very quickly and eaten even faster!

Beef cut into small slices of 0.5 cm thick.
Prepare sauce - mix water with starch. Mix well. Very convenient to do it in a jar, cover and shake well.
Add the remaining ingredients and again shake well. In China use two types of soy sauce - dark and light. Dark has a more rich taste, thick and sweet. Light more liquid and salt. These sauces, you can substitute 2 tbsp of your regular soy sauce + 1 tsp. honey or brown sugar.
Sliced beef, pour 2 tablespoons of the sauce and leave aside.
Prepare broccoli. Cabbage disassemble on inflorescences. Put broccoli in boiling water, bring again to a boil, cook 1 minute and drain the water.
In a frying pan (if You have a wok - yum!) heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, add the chopped onion, carrot.
Add the meat, fry. Remove from the pan.
Heated the remaining oil, grated ginger and finely chopped garlic. After 20-30 seconds, add broccoli. Again shake our sauce and pour the cabbage.
When the sauce starts to bubble and becomes thick, spread the beef and warmed for 1 minute.
