Description
A delicate fish sauce. Easy, accessible and simple. Printed recipe was in a fish shop next to the frozen red cod. Apparently, it will encourage more sales. I don't regret buying fish, nor cooking on a proposed recipe. I hope you will like this dish.

Cooking
Our set of products. Boil the cod for 15-20 minutes in water with salt and pepper, leave in broth to cool. Take 300ml of the broth for sauce.
Finely chop greens and boiled eggs. Eggs can be mashed for a more homogenous sauce.
In a pan melt butter, add flour and fry a couple of minutes
Stirring to avoid lumps, pour the broth in which the cooked fish and cream. Salt, pepper. Wait until boil.
Add eggs and herbs, stir, cook for 2-3 minutes. Optionally, you can first throw the eggs at the very end add the greens.
Spread on a plate the fish, pour the sauce. Serve with boiled potatoes and green horoshom.
