  • Powdered sugar

  • White chocolate

  • Dark chocolate

RUB the eggs with sugar

Add margarine, grind well, add the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. In one part add the vanilla sugar. Mix

In the second part add cocoa powder and coffee. Mix well.

Put the dough into molds previously oiled or covered with baking paper (also grease)

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven 20-25 minutes If wooden splinter dry, so ready. The cakes are thoroughly cool.

While baked cakes, prepare the cream: in a water bath bring to boil cream, cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Remove from heat, add butter. Mix well. Cool.
