Cooking

step-0
Set to warm up our oven to 180 degrees. While it heats take the paste! Happiness in that for the preparation of the muffin, we do not need a mixer, everything is easily done with a spoon and so we do not Wake up sounds.. Only smell the finished pastry! But I digress... Mix 2 kinds of flour, oatmeal, baking powder, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon, salt
step-1
By the way, for those Muffy I used traditionnelles firm Mistral
step-2
Then in dry mixture add the melted butter, yoghurt, eggs and grated on a coarse grater, pears (pre-clean them from the skin and seeds), sunflower seeds (or walnuts crushed). Mix everything carefully.
step-3
As I was preparing these muffins for the first time, for baking I used a different ways. The most convenient is to use the paper "skirt", if not there take low muffin tins. The dough in each mold is poured almost to the top. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes (until Golden brown)
step-4
Remove from the oven, allow to cool. But with such a wonderful structure muffins are!!!
step-5
All a pleasant appetite!!!
