  • Dark chocolate

    80 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Topping pastry

    20 piece

  • Candied

    10 piece

  • Marmalade

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Cookies grind (wait 2-3 tbsp), mix with chocolate, powdered sugar and sour cream.

Blind mice, roll in deferred biscuits or powdered sugar, or cocoa.

Insert instead eye sugar pearls, made of candied fruit cut ears from jelly snakes cut into the stems.
