Of course this dessert is for all Chefs! But I cooked it especially for my girlfriend Oxana and her family! Family her male... husband and three sons! So dessert beer... bitter... Oksana yesterday was the Birthday.. late... But better late than never! I raise my glass... with dessert to eat for your health!

Cooking
Put beer in 5 minutes! ( For Yura.. no salt.. no cover!)
Soak the gelatine. Put on fire cream, add sugar and bring to a boil.
To remove the cream from heat, add the hot beer and Quickly squeezed out gelatine and mix well!
in a separate bowl with White chocolate breaking into pieces.
Pour the hot chocolate mixture, mix well.
To fill forms for dessert
Whatever your favourite cookies crushed. Can be creamy white or chocolate
