Use the berries according to your taste or what is available. Berries can be fresh (as in my case), and can be frozen, depending on season. I had raspberry, black currant and 2 peach. Prepare the dough. Sift flour, add baking powder, powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, butter. Grind everything together with your hands, add the egg and knead the dough.
