Cooking
Fillet cut into portions.
Onions cut into rings. Carrots grate on a grater.
Onions lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Onion on a platter. Cook the carrots.
Pieces of fish spread on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top each piece of fish to put fried onions, carrots, coat with mayonnaise.
Cheese to RUB on a small grater. And to put on top of mayonnaise.
Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. ⚓️
