All my friends are crazy about these ribs, tender juicy meat just melts in your mouth and not smell of mutton!

Cooking
The ribs should have a layer of fat on top, then they will come out juicy and will just melt in your mouth. My meat, make 2-3 cuts, so it won't warp during baking and placed them on the tray.
Garlic squeezed through a garlic press into the meat, sprinkle with spices and thoroughly RUB the meat.
Wrap the tray with cling film and put to marinate in the fridge for 12-20 hours.
Heated oven to 200 degrees with a fan. Put marinated ribs on the grill fat up. Under the grill put a pan and bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes, until ribs are browned
Something like this should fry the ribs before you cover them with foil.
Carefully close the meat with foil for baking, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and continue to fry for another 2 hours.
