Description
A wonderful dish that is prepared within 30 minutes is what you need when time to cook complicated dishes just yet. It turned out just great! Tender Turkey, which, incidentally, can be replaced by chicken goes wonderfully with rice and vegetables. And the sauce perfectly complement the overall picture, bringing the dish extra flavor, cheese flavor and sticky texture. After adding sauce, the dish was very creamy and reminiscent of risotto. Very tender and tasty!

Cooking
Put water in two pots: one for broccoli, one for rice. While the water boils, cut the Turkey into small cubes, cheese grate on a coarse grater.
When the water boils, the one you put broccoli, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, no more. Put the cabbage on a plate. The broth does not pour.
At the same time, boil the rice, just put the bag in water, bring to a boil, make the flame on low and cook under cover for 20 minutes.
Vegetable oil to heat in a frying pan, fry one side of the meat for 2 minutes, stirring.
Then turn over the Turkey and fry for another 2 minutes. Spread the meat on a plate.
While the meat roasted, peel the garlic and finely chop it. Will also cut the tomatoes into small cubes (I forgot to take pictures of tomatoes, Sori).
In the pan where you roasted the Turkey, place butter, melt it on low heat fry the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes, peppers and on medium heat fry 3 minutes.
Add broccoli, a little salt and pepper (the sauce is quite salty, don't overdo it) and stir.
Thus, the main dish is ready, the rice just cooked. Give water to drain. While the water flows from rice, make sauce. To do this in a saucepan or a small saucepan melt over medium heat butter, add nutmeg and heat for 30 seconds to ensure that the nut has given its flavor to the oil.
Put in the flour and quickly and carefully stir to avoid lumps.
Pour 150ml of vegetable broth (remember, we left from broccoli), stir and cook 2 minutes. Add the grated cheese and continue to cook until the cheese is dissolved. All the sauce made in minutes.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the Turkey and vegetables.
Add the rice and stir. Serve immediately. If you plan to bring a dish later, I advise you to do this: first, mix the rice, vegetables and Turkey. And just before serving pour the dish with the sauce and now right on the table.
