Delicious pizza - it's easy: the "right" dough, tasty sauce and filling on request! Spring came, looked radiant sun, and that's such an unusual shape I have turned out insanely delicious, juicy, light pizza. I tried to make a pizza as close as possible to the Italian style, i.e. the dough should be thin, toppings should not be a lot after proofing the dough is rolled by hands, and as it turns out, it's simple, here it is - the homemade taste of Italy! This option looks impressive and will impress your family and guests!!!

In warm water dissolve sugar and yeast, allow to stand for 10 minutes to make the yeast.

Will immediately notice that the dough is better to roll out either on paper or on a silicone Mat - it's easier to carry into the pan! The finished dough roll out into a circle shape, I did it by hand without a rolling pin, the dough is very pliable and have a great "listen", evenly distributed. Roll out to the middle was 0.5 mm thick, and the edges a little thicker. Take a small saucer, put on the middle of the circle, a little pushed.
