My kids loved the holiday Valentine's Day!!! I wanted to please them and I made such not complicated, but delicious and beautiful cheesecake dessert!!! I hope, dear Cooks You like it too!!!

Soft caramel. It is convenient to prepare in advance. In the saucepan pour fresh juice (lemon+orange), pour sugar. Stirring over low heat dissolve sugar, bring to a boil, make the minimum fire and cook for 20 minutes. Pour caramel into molds for candy, cool it down and put into the freezer.
Melt in a water bath or in the microwave, or as I like on an induction stove at minimum power the chocolate. Try not to have too much to heat the chocolate.
Carefully apply the chocolate on the walls of a muffin tin. You can pre-place shapes in the freezer. I did not. Then send the form with the chocolate in the freezer until firm. The chocolate hardens pretty quickly.
For cottage cheese filling I took baby curds and tie-dye. Curds sufficiently liquid, and tie-dye (variant of condensed milk) too, so that's all I added. If You have dry cottage cheese and thick condensed milk, you can add a little cream or milk to taste.
I mixed the cottage cheese with condensed milk with a spoon, in the ordinary cottage cheese is better to use a blender.
Take out of the freezer frozen molds with chocolate and fill with the cheese mass.
In the middle of the cheese mass is placed in the heart of caramel.
Seal the mold with chocolate. And put into the freezer to harden and serve.
