I want to share with you a recipe called "Milk chocolate". This dessert is prepared with milk, whipped eggs, sugar and any additives as desired. A kind of jelly - dessert "bird's milk". The finished dessert is pudding, only much more tender and just melts in your mouth. The recipe for this dessert has been found by me in the pages of "the First Belarusian cookbook" Vincenty Zavadskaya.

Cooking
Pour the grated chocolate with the boiling milk, add sugar. Stir Yes complete dissolution of sugar and chocolate, you can put on a small fire and stirring constantly to make it faster.)
Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Beat 4 eggs separately, 4желтка separately. Then in the chocolate milk first, add beaten eggs-mix well. Then add the yolks and also mix well.

Fill the resulting mass and put in the oven for 40 -45 minutes. I did the silicone form so nothing smeared. Turn off and leave in closed oven for about an hour. Then cooled in the refrigerator. I did so in the evening and left in the fridge overnight. Overturn on a plate so that the bottom became the top.
Whisk cream and decorate.
Before serving store in refrigerator.
Very light dessert amounts of sugar can be adjusted. The one who loves sugar sweeter you can add more and Vice versa.
