Carp baked in the oven
Dear cooks! Neighbor caught great carps, each weighing more than a kilogram. I took a carp weighing 1kg 300g. Today we will bake in the oven. Our fish is boneless, and how to do it I will explain and show you.

Clean fish from the scales. I do it in the sink. You can put the fish in a basin of water, and then drain through a colander.
