For the stuffing: 1 kg of meat 50/50 (pork, beef),1 egg, boiled rice 200g,1 onion,2 cloves of garlic, salt, black pepper, herbes de Provence. Meat scroll through a meat grinder, add chopped onion and garlic. In the received forcemeat add the boiled rice, egg, salt and pepper. Formed into meatballs and put them in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
For the sauce:4 table spoon vegetable oil,1 onion,5 cloves of garlic, 3 large tomatoes, sour cream 3стл, salt, sugar and herbs to taste ( thyme and a little oregano, rosemary and Basil). Meanwhile to make the sauce. On the oil fry the onion and garlic until Golden brown. Cut the tomatoes and simmer together with the onion and garlic.
Add sour cream, if you want to add broth or water.
Fill the sauce add the fresh chopped herbs.
Remove form the meatballs from the oven, cover them with sauce and bake for another 15 minutes.
Cooked this way the meatballs are juicy and flavorful. Meatballs to the cooked couscous.
