Fried rice Vietnamese
Recently my oldest son came from vacation, vacationing in Vietnam, brought back a lot of ideas for recipes. I want to share with you one of the simple recipes that are acceptable the day of our dishes.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Sprouts

    1 can

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Black pepper

Use for cooking rice "Jasmine" from "Mistral".

Vietnamese for this recipe is usually used finished, "yesterday's" Fig. Rice wash, fill with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes on low heat. I prefer to cook rice in a slow cooker on the "rice", "rice crispies".

Carrots and zucchini cut into cubes and fry 5 minutes in a mixture of vegetable and sesame oil.

Add sliced green onion and slices garlic. Stir.

Next on the recipe, you must add the bamboo shoots, but I don't. Add the mixture of soy sauce, fish and sweet chili sauce. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, mix everything.

Simmer the mixture on high heat for a few minutes.

Put cooked rice.

All stir gently with a wooden spatula so as not to mash the rice. Turn off the fire, cover with a lid for a couple of minutes to let the rice absorb the taste.
