And I decided on sourdough bread.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Sugar

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Anis

    2 tsp

  • Fennel

    0.5 tsp

  • Dill

    4 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

All dry spices, mix in a Cup.

Sift the flour into a bowl, make a recess in which to pour the yeast and sugar. Dilute them with warm milk, gradually mixing with the flour. Put in a warm place for 15 minutes until the volume increases.

Onions and garlic are clear. Onions finely chop, garlic to push through the press.

Melt butter and cool. Beat eggs slightly and blend with cooled butter.

Add spices, onion and garlic.

Preheat the oven to 190-200 gr. Top grease loaves with water and sprinkle with anise seeds. Bake for 40-50 minutes. When baking put on the bottom of the container with water.
