Burgers
Delicious tender cutlets of chicken ( can be beef) liver, spending much time does not require side dishes - from buckwheat to mashed potatoes for every taste, or just with greens! I highly recommend to try!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    450 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Spices

The liver to scroll through a meat grinder, add egg, flour and spices, mix well.

In a pan with a well-heated vegetable oil with a spoon put the stuffing ( like pancakes), fry the patties

Fry fry patties on both sides until Golden brown 3-4 minutes

Onion slice: 1\3 onions – half rings ( at the end of cooking: fry until Golden brown and decorate them with chicken on top), 2\3 dice finely.

Onion diced, pour in the same pan, where fried liver patties, and fry until Golden brown.

Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, flour and salt, sugar and pepper to taste.

Fry, when thickens, pour hot water slowly and stir, boil until thickens. If you like thick sauce you can put a little more flour.

Spread in the pan with layers of chicken, sauce, meatballs etc

Pour on top the remaining sauce

Cover with a lid and on a very slow fire for 10-15 minutes to boil. In the winter do it in the oven. Bon appetit!!! When serving, sprinkle with fried onion half-rings.
