Meat baked with pumpkin and garlic
Continue to feed you meat and PUMPKIN!!! This recipe is my most, most favorite, he is a frequent guest in our kitchen, every holiday, visit, and just so on a weekday we can't live without it!!! So, we go for the recipe!!!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    600 g

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

First you need to wash meat and cut it into large chunks, I have two of them, but large. Pumpkin wash, peel, cut. Cut it in slices. Place meat and squash in an ovenproof baking dish.
