Very tasty, flavorful (very flavorful) dessert that will not take you much time to prepare, and the result will be not worse than in the restaurant. Suitable for a birthday, and take with you on a picnic, or a romantic evening with your loved ones!

Cooking
Peaches wash, dry, neatly divided into halves and remove the stone.
In a saucepan pour the wine, water, add sugar, mix well.
Put on fire, bring to boil and cook 5 minutes. Wash Basil, shake off the water, to divide the beam into 2 parts. One part to put in the syrup.
Peaches carefully put in the syrup, the core of the down. Cook 3-5 minutes, then flip on the "back" and cook another 3-5 minutes.
Peaches and carefully remove from the syrup and remove the skin.
In the remaining syrup add the other half bunch of Basil and cook until the liquid has boiled twice.
Peeled peaches cover with foil and stand for several hours at room temperature.
Before serving, put peaches on a plate, pour syrup. Even better is if you add a scoop of ice cream.
