Description
Chicken wings cooked in Oriental style. Minimum ingredients, minimum participation in process of preparation, unusual and unforgettable taste. Recipe a few years ago I shared a friend who worked as a cook in a Filipino restaurant in Japan. The dish is good because it can cook even person very far from cooking. Guests love it and often even asked, "wings in the Philippines will be?" :)

Cooking
Put wings in saucepan. Fill with water so that it just covers them up. Add 3 tablespoons of Apple (!) vinegar and soy sauce "Kikkoman". In this case it 120ml. sauce, but it depends on the size of the pot and Your taste because the dish can be prepared with different amounts of soy sauce, making it more or less salty. It is important to use the sauce "Kikkoman", otherwise you can get bad result (proven in practice).
Do not salt, do not add any spices, not cover it! The dish is good in its simplicity :) turn on the fire and from time to time, turn over the wings to obtain a uniform color. After 10 minutes put the water for the spaghetti. Sprinkle with salt about 1/4 the normal number or even cook spaghetti without salt.
Important! By the end of the cooking water boiling and the sauce becomes thick and begins to bubble. Here it is important not to miss this moment in time and turn off the heat, we need it exactly, otherwise spaghetti without the sauce is dry. But not to switch off too early, it should thicken. (Tried to photograph this moment).
Spread cooked spaghetti in a deep bowl, and top with the wings and pour sauce. All!
