Cooking
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean shrimp (any shrimp except tiger)
Melt the butter, sauté the onions and garlic, add red pepper for a few minutes, put the prawns and fry them on both sides until pink. *while preparing the filling, put the water for the pasta*
When the prawns are ready, fill them with cream (350 g cream pour now, and 150 g save that for later) and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
Cook pasta in salted water (8-10 minutes)
6. Once cooked pasta, 300 ml of water, in which it was cooked, pour separately into a Cup, the rest is just empty. Rinse pasta with cold water and add to the pan with the prepared dressing. 7. Add the remaining 150g of cream, cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 8. Sprinkle with black pepper and add half a Cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Stirring carefully, cook for another 5 minutes. Finely chop the parsley and Basil (if fresh), add to pasta and sprinkle the remaining cheese.
* fettuccine is better served immediately after cooking * if you are cooking pasta is not one meal, then when you re heating up gradually pour the remaining pasta cooking water to the pasta wasn't so thick. VERY hearty and delicious! Bon Appetit!:)
