Potatoes baked with mushrooms
Very tasty potatoes.. Cooked for dinner tonight.. As my husband does not like mushrooms and pick them out of dishes where they are, that the potatoes he ate mushrooms and he really liked it.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Ingredients.

Mushrooms wash and clean of excess dirt, if any. Then cut the mushrooms, my mushrooms were small, and I cut them into 4 pieces. Put the cooked mushrooms in the water. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Until the mushrooms are cooked, peel potatoes and cut the onion into half rings.

Boiled mushrooms recline in a colander and wash them thoroughly.

On a heated pan pour 1 tablespoon of oil, pour back the onion and simmer for 2 minutes.

Then to the onions add the boiled mushrooms, fry until Golden brown.

While frying the mushrooms, slice the potato and lay it on the baking sheet. Baking tray pre-greased with sunflower oil.

Once the mushrooms and onions will be here so..

Add to it 1.5 cups of water and sour cream, add salt. Mix everything together and wait until our mushroom filling starts to boil.

So here looked like the mushroom filling.

Fill the potatoes.

On top sprinkle with dry dill and put a Bay leaf..

Then on top of potatoes, grate cheese. Put in oven for 40-60 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.. I was looking at the readiness of potatoes and Golden crust. Ovens are all different, so I advise you to do so.
