Madeleines with rosemary and lemon zest
Not so long ago he met with the beautiful French recipes, cookies "Madeleine". Written about them a lot and there are different versions of cooking. I have yet tried only two options. Offer to make You one of them.

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Olive oil

    125 ml

  • Rosemary

  • Lemon

    1 piece

We will prepare our ingredients. Lemon zest, grate on a fine grater, the leaves of the rosemary and finely chop with a knife. Mix with olive oil and give a little stand.

Eggs and sugar beat with a mixer until the mixture will brighten and will not increase in volume. Sift into the egg mass flour and beat in gently with a spatula from the bottom up.

Add olive oil and stir again until smooth. Do all this very carefully.

Spread the dough into greased tins and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes, until cooked and Golden brown.
