Buckwheat pancakes
Flavored pancakes from buckwheat flour, is the way to a family dinner. You can submit them to tea, can eat with fermented baked milk. But very tasty with honey. The recipe comes from my "ancient&am p;quot; books of the "Domovodstvo about."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Buckwheat flour

    250 g

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    20 g

Pour into a bowl 1 Cup warm milk dissolve the yeast, add 250 g of flour 1 tablespoon of buckwheat flour. Stir all until smooth. Put in a warm place for an hour, the dough came.

When the dough is ready, add salt, sugar, egg yolk, vegetable oil. All carefully stir. Add the buckwheat flour, stir again. Pour rest of warm milk one glass. Every time a beat thoroughly. Leave in a warm place to rise.
