Cooking
So: mix all ingredients (except figs) and knead the dough. At first I was mixed with a spatula, and when it has acquired a firmer consistence, put on the table, floured, and kneaded there for 5 minutes. Pepper it is advisable to add freshly ground (not the one sold in the store as a powder). Leave alone for 10 minutes. Dates coarsely chop.
Next do from our test of the cake and spread on her dates. Wrap the edges of the dough towards the middle (as in the photo, why? just then the dates do not fall)) and start to mix the dates into the dough. It takes a lot of time, just a few minutes.
The ready dough put in a bowl and cover with a towel and let it rise (increase twice). When the dough came, put it back on the table, sprinkle with flour, and shape the loaf as desired. I did split the dough in half, rolled up each piece in the form of sausages (seen in the photo), these "sausages" twisted together in the form of the harness, and the "burn" turned into a "snail" (but this process of formation is not obligatory). Formed buhanku put on Deco with paper or foil, and allow to rise.
Preheat the oven to 200*C, before landing in the oven grease the dough with milk (you can just sprinkle a little water) and bake for about an hour (but this process is individual for each oven). Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack.
So the bread looks in the cut.
