Cake poppy cheese
Very tasty cake. I recommend to all lovers of cheese and Mac.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Mac

    250 g

  • Honey

    6 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    50 g

Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and salt. RUB with margarine until obtaining moist crumbs. I did not wait until the margarine is soft, rubbed it on a grater and then triturated with flour.
