This pilaf I cooked according to the recipe Alexei Zimin. Very tasty dish and is easy to cook. Nutty taste of quinoa with mushrooms is just gorgeous. Suited to vegetarians.

Cooking
For the pilaf, we need mushrooms and quinoa "Mistral".
Onions and mushrooms and garlic fried in a skillet.
Add the quinoa and fry it in oil until it's all absorbed.
Pour the broth, season with salt and cook, stirring constantly until fully cooked, approximately 15 minutes. Serve hot. Delicious and fashionable items you can use as a side dish.
