Pilaf quinoa with mushrooms
This pilaf I cooked according to the recipe Alexei Zimin. Very tasty dish and is easy to cook. Nutty taste of quinoa with mushrooms is just gorgeous. Suited to vegetarians.

  • Quinoa

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

For the pilaf, we need mushrooms and quinoa "Mistral".

Onions and mushrooms and garlic fried in a skillet.

Add the quinoa and fry it in oil until it's all absorbed.
