Description
Offer an interesting option of cooking fish on a backing of citrus and almost a couple. The pleasant aroma and delicate taste. The original recipe was introduced in the book by A. Galkin, tried out a few adapted to the tastes of family and the recipe stuck.

Cooking
Almost all the products for cooking this recipe. Did not put the wine, water.
Cut into rings lemon, orange, tangerine (all fruit 1/3), ring thin - a maximum of 5 mm.
On the bottom of a casserole or deep frying pan (my frying pan) put sliced citrus. Top torn sprigs of parsley, sprinkle with rosemary and Basil (if possible, it is better to use fresh herbs).
Spread on top of citrus and spices a little long for salty filet of fish (I Sudak), pour water mixed with wine (without the wine, but to increase the amount of water). Close the lid and put on high heat. After 4-5 minutes the fish sauce to boil, move the pan to the edge of the plate and leave for 10-12 minutes. The cover is not open. Then put back on the heat and cook at a strong boil for another 2-3 minutes.
Fillet ready to put on a dish, sprinkle with coarse salt, drizzle with olive oil. Decorate with slices of citrus fruits, tomatoes and greens. Help yourself! Bon appetit!
