Christmas fish roulade
Happy New Year! Invited to taste fish loaf.

First we fish pieces, pour the lemon juice and season it with spices. Leave for an hour to marinate. Make the salad by mixing the crab meat, peeled shrimp, cheese (feta) crumbled, chopped pepper and spinach. Tucked in mayonnaise and lemon juice. Put the salad in the middle of the fish steaks, I took the salmon. And a collapsible roll. The size of the loaf depends on the pieces of fish, it is possible to connect the two pieces.
