Description
Rye bread, you can bake a cake, but how delicious. Recipe borrowed from an old notebook for recipes, but something certainly did. I think that recipe deserves attention and may appear as a lovely addition to the tea table.

Cooking
Stale rye bread grate on a grater.
Mix the egg yolks with sour cream.
Proteins with sugar vzbit in a solid foam.
Grated bread to combine with sour cream, add lemon juice from half of a lemon.
Mix gently with beaten egg whites.
Put the dough in shape and bake until cooked 35 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
Baked the cake gently release from the baking paper and give a well to cool.
Now prepare the cream: mix in a saucepan the egg, flour and 1/4 part milk (for the cream) until there are no lumps. In a separate pan boil the remaining milk with the sugar, stirring occasionally.
Boiling milk mixture pour in a thin stream into the egg-flour weight, stir with a wooden spatula. Then the total mixture is put on the stove, stirring constantly, bring to thickening.
A little Brusnichnoe sauce without berries to wipe for finishing cakes.
The cream is well cool, in quite cold cream add cranberry sauce.
The cake divided into two equal halves. One fluff the cream, cover with other half and also fluff cream.
On top sprinkle with grated chocolate.
I had some mastic in the freezer. From it cut out a few ornaments.
1 egg white whipped with sugar in a solid foam, combine with grated sauce, add a few drops of lemon juice. The result was a beautiful glossy glaze (using the cellophane package it is possible to apply such a thin figure). Well it turned out. Help yourself!
