Bilateral pumpkin pudding and butter-based
Simple to prepare and very tasty zapiekanka.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    850 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    8 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Butter

1. Pumpkin peeled, cut into cubes and bake in the oven at t=180 degrees for 30 min. cooked pumpkin cool slightly and mash into a puree. Warm mashed potatoes add the 3.5 tablespoons of sugar and 6 tbsp semolina (see the consistency, if the sauce turns out runny, add some more semolina), stir and cool completely. In the cooled pumpkin puree beat 1 egg and stir.

2. Cheese eggs with 1 egg, add the 2.5 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp of semolina, mix well. Form of grease with butter and put it in cheese, well compacted it with a spoon.

3. On cheese layer spread the pumpkin puree and spread it on the form. Bake the casserole in a preheated 180 degree oven for approx 45-50 mins As the finished casserole holds its shape well, it can be served as cheese and the pumpkin layer up.
