Carp on the grill with ginger
Skewers of fish - a great alternative to meat for any picnic. Easy, quick, tasty, useful. Besides, in this case with the carp, and more economically, and in combination with soy sauce and ginger - subtle and unusual.

To prepare all the products. Carp to clean, gut and rinse well, or you can get already shelled. Throughout the fish to make a shallow cross-cuts.

Mix in a bowl soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil (optional) juice of half a lemon, peeled and chopped into large pieces ginger root, sliced thin rings chili, torn cilantro. Carp lightly RUB with pepper and salt (little because soy sauce is in itself a great substitute for salt), rubbing in cross-cuts, to invest inside fish pieces of ginger and cut half of the lemon, dip in the marinade, stand for about an hour longer.

Broil, basting with marinade, on the grill over hot coals for 7 minutes on each side until Golden brown. Readiness can also be checked with a knife.

Carp is ready sprinkle with lemon juice and soy sauce and spread on pita bread. Thus, the pita bread soaked the juices and will be a great addition to the fish.

Our picnic is, unfortunately, marred by the weather, so we were eating our carp already home, warmed in foil in the oven. However, in the taste it is not lost.

As a side dish you can prepare simple salad: in a bowl, combine torn leaves of iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickled bamboo shoots, slices of pickled ginger, cleaned from the films orange wedges, season with olive oil, juice of lemon or lime and soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds. This salad goes well with cooked this way the carp.
